Nice place to stay, tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Not much choice on foxtel channels

The outside looks nice and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are dated and our dinners could have been better.

Stayed in the disabled room and found it disappointing (not our choice to be in this room). Upon arriving and opening the door the smell of bleach was so overpowering it burned our nostrils and gave us headaches. I think the smell of bleach was to make us believe the room was clean. It was tidy but not clean. The shower/bathroom is a massive slipping hazard if you are not disabled. So much water that doesn't drain away. Seems like the floor is sloped incorrectly. Dodgy air conditioning that doesn't get cool at all. Hot and noisy room on the ground floor. Such a shame as years ago this was a great hotel to stay at.

Rooms are functional and clean, with usual facilities, though the inclusion of an electric fry pan was a surprise. Beds are nice and comfy, and are proper size beds, not two singles put together. Staff are friendly and helpful, and really the only downsides were the tiled floors, meaning if anyone staying above you drops anything, it sounds like it's in your room, and the trucks that go past in the evening. That said, I heard no trucks in the early hours of the morning (or rather, I wasn't woken by any), and I slept soundly. Did not visit the restaurant, so can't comment on it. - Clean rooms - Friendly staff - Free Wi-Fi - Comfy bed - Adequate noise isolation between rooms x Traffic noise x Little noise isolation between levels

Beautiful complex with friendly staff, very stylish for a regional centre. Good location tucked in off of the highway. Rooms are neat and tidy with an itallian themed bathroom. But all was let down when the buffet breakfast advertised wasnt on offer (sadface), no alternative or contingency plan were offered, it seems as though they just want to sell you room service.
