    Very poor customer service, we were first over charged, then the wrong coffees came out to us, then the food was wrong. We tried to be polite and cheerful because we are in hospitality as well but everytime the manager, young man, was quiet rude about it. This was 7-11-17 so plenty of time (months) since reopening and for the new owners and staff to sort out any teething problems. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we will not be back anytime soon.

    Young man behind the counter was not friendly and the waitresses seem stressed. Service with a smile would go a mile.

    Very disappointed in a breakfast special on Sunday. Coffee and eggs benedict $13.95. But what we were served was poached eggs on toast. Where was the bacon or the ham? New menu with missing ingredients for standard meals. Not impressed.

    Love the coffee here but food was disappointing for the price. Crepes are on the menu but they "didn't have any", and couldn't make more when i asked.
