  My mum recently took her car in for a road worthy with this business. The car had been inspected by a qualified mechanic in Sydney before being shipped up to QLD on a truck. Mum was told she needed to replace all four tyres when she took it in which she was very confused about as it was deemed road worthy in NSW and sold from a dealership. This cost her a lot of money, money which she didn't have. To make matters worse, the customer service was horrible. When she went to pick up the car, she noticed that all the centre caps were missing. When she asked to have them put back on, she was treated like an idiot for asking and referred to as "lovey" by the receptionist. They eventually admitted that they had the centre caps and put them back on after mum protested. I can't believe how my 66 year old mother was treated, they took her for a massive ride and tried to pull the wool over her eyes. I do not recommend you use this business.
