    Fair price on most of the clothes only had a problem with 1 pair of jeans and that was resolved then and there

    The old lady that works at the Rockhampton store is the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced... got me to drive 150 kilometres telling me she had the right items there only to arrive there without 2 items available and then I got told to come back and when I explained my frustration that I drove so far she said it wasn’t her problem.. I then asked to just pay for everything and I just won’t take two items when they come in just send them to me and she said she couldn’t do that. Then she proceeded to just look at me like an idiot and make me feel really stupid. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she is the manager and she doesn’t have to give me any information to contact the regional manager. I can’t explain How bad she was.. The worst customer service ever if I could give her -5 stars I would.
