    Not as good value as it used to be. Clearance items hardly reduced compared to storewide sale.

    Rivers is well known for generic clothing but the service is even worse. They should hire more enthusiastic staff and not ones that mumble " these friggin customers" under their breath as they approach the counter. Bad attitude, bad management on that day too.
