  Booked for 6pm, turn up at 6 and get told to wait 1 hour! Handy when you live out of town and have a long drive home! Good thing you're not the only hairdresser in Rockhampton! Very bad first impression! Thanks for the inconvenience!

  Definitely recommend. Couldn't get into my regular salon on a Monday so I decided to try them out as I needed a booking ASAP for my Gran. Called to book my Gran in here and received nothing but exemplary service. The phone service was positive, upbeat and made me feel my Gran would be in safe hands from the word go. When she got there the girls treated her like a queen, getting her a cup of tea and putting her in the massage chair while she waited. My Gran still talks about the her head massage and the all round great service she received. The price was just a bonus to! She will now be a regular while she is in town :)
