    as an employer max employment did not follow up with an employee causing me to miss out on a wage subsidy. Very unprofessional and incompetent staff in my opinion .

    I HAVE SEEN 5YR OLDS RUN A LEMONADE STAND WITH MORE PROFESSIONALISM THAN THIS PEOPLE CAN DO. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A FREE CIRCUS GO TO THESE PEOPLE, STAFF MUST BE ALL BARISTAS BECAUSE ALL I SEEN THEM DO IS MAKE COFFEE AND GOSSIP. THERE NOT THERE TO FIND YOU A JOB APPARENTLY, EVEN THOUGH THERE BUSINESS MOTO IS 'FINDING JOBS, CHANGING LIVES' COULDN'T BE FOR FUTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

    I have been with Max Employment Rockhampton for some time and have come to the realization that I have never dealt with a more incompetent group. Every time I attended an appointment I was told to sit at a computer and job search only to be given my next appointment time and sent away with no discussions about employment or training opportunities. Occassionally I would attend a group meeting where the exact same spiel was given each time to give the impression that they wanted to actually help. I strongly recommend to anybody linked to Max Employment or considering going to Max Employment that you don't waste your time.
