Went to do our walking in the pool today,(1pm-2.30pm) and it had been booked out, not able to swim at all. Not one word on their webpage to say it was not available, no prior warnings ( we go walking everyday). Not happy at all, then to be told no walking Friday either or Monday and Tuesday. Next available time is Thursday week. Very angry about this. Will not be recommending to anyone, will voice my disgust to anyone who listens. Why give a monthly program then change times when someone with money wants to book it out. What about our clients and how we book maxi taxis to arrive to find it is not available.

Clearly these kids have not been taught adequately, let alone there customer skills. Can only blame management. We were definitely not the only family to have had issues there today. And felt worried as soon as we stepped in as there was a sign saying something about lack of lifeguards today... its school holidays what the heck?! A review is needed very much at this family place before something terrible happens.

Fantastic facilities, fantastic staff. The pools are clean and we'll maintained, cafe is great, beautiful coffee, served up with a smile. change rooms and toilets are first class, all of this for just $2 entry fee, unbelievable. A few more tables with bench seats and umbrellas would make it the perfect venue on a hot day. We are visiting from Melbourne and will fondly remember your pool and the people who run it.

Great value for money for hours of water play/fun for the kids. Family change facilities are fantastic too!

Great place to have a swim in either the covered Olympic pool or the uncovered pool. Also has a complete covered pool for kids. Then you can relax and have a coffee at the Red Poppy. A fantastic area to go, especially in the warmer months.

Cappuccino's are NOT suppose to be more then 70c. I said to them today, dont boil the milk so hot as Cappuccino's are not suppose to be bloody soaring hot let alone burn the coffee.
