  Yes everything was good get us our first house (the house of horrors) even though it was 250 but got put up to 270 very well knowing we had no other choice (had clothes on our back) but the house where stuck with for another 6 months after 3 years has had issue after issue possum $#!t and p!$$ leaking in three rooms broken stove over flowing toilet from tree roots countless times over bearing landlords who invite them self's no notification Youse Power make there own camp out front of (house of horrors) for 2 weeks no compensation from landlords mc Garth real estate makes out nothings been done wrong I'd watch this real estate if I was you honestly we are going else where this real estate and landlords are so appalling :/ not worth the miserable years we've been here

  We were extremely pleased with the quick sale and the good price. The team were also very helpful in organising tradespeople to do the minor jobs we needed to do before going on the market.

  Not one single request for maintenance was honoured. Not one! (often they would not even bother acknowledging our requests) while on the other hand they were unwilling to compromise or show flexibility in any of their demands.

  If I could give them a 0 I would. I was a landlord, and had nothing but issues with them. They charged $1700 for a bond clean, $150 for a small yard mow, $150 for the cleaning of a brand new mattress which actually ruined it. I didn't realise I was responsible for the power being changed into my name, so I had to pay $200 of the tenants power bill. The inspection report and images taken for inspection report were taken BEFORE the $1700 bond clean. Aircon stopped working and when the sent the electrician in they didn't know which one it was so he had to turn them all on and wait to se which one was broken, then when I went up to replace it they rand the electrician to find which one it was and told me the wrong one so the one I bought to replace it was the wrong size, and this was just the beginning. The tenants didn't get any satisfaction either and moved out after 6 months. All they could do effectively was take money. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

  Claimed that every tenant must pay for pest control when they move out but our house was definitely not down before we moved in as there were spiders and cockroachs everywhere! Lawns were also not mowed when she moved in, the yard was a mess. Then when we moved out, bond got paid in full to the wrong person!! Went to my ex instead of myself, my name and account details were on the bond form. Will never go back

  As a tenant expect to be bullied and on your exit expect to see your bond evaporate due to overcharging for "cleaning and yard maintenance" (we cleaned the place pretty good and we were shocked when the final bill came in).
