  As a renter and having dealt with other real estates who don't care about finding the right property for their tennants I found it very easy to find help and guidance from Margi Dabbs one of the property managers at Pat O'Driscoll.

  Pat O'Driscoll should not be involved with the management of rental properties. They falsify documents, and truly engage in fraudulent behavior. With out going into specifics of case, they provided me with a report from a service provider which when investigated, (report reference #) was a report that was initially generated for a job in another town. Property manager verbally confessed to there actions.

  If you have one ounce of respect for your investment property, do not use this agency. Your property will be driven into the ground and your repair and maintenance bills will be out of control.

  The scope of what can be deemed to be wear and tear is truly mind boggling. Once I moved away from Pat O'Driscoll I spent about $5000 on my property to fix the damage done by previous tenants and bring property back up to an acceptable standard.

  The property management team is absolutely atrocious. I would never voluntarily rent through this agency again (as an owner or tenant from what i hear... ). They are horrendous. Renters BEWARE! I purchased a property a few years ago - the agent was pat odriscoll and the service was fantastic - i just wish they had consistent service across the agency.

  I would honestly and wholeheartedly recommend her especially if you are new to renting or have only rented a couple of properties before. She goes out of her way to get to know you as a person and your needs and is refreshingly honest about the properties she thinks will be the best fit for you. She even came after work to show me and my partner a property when he couldn't come during regular hours.

  In 20 years of owning rental properties, this would be the worst agency I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. You never know how bad your agency is until you have a difficult tenant.

  Do not ever list your property with this agent. They will grossly under value it for a quick sale at your expense. They gave me a listing figure which was way below what I wanted but I was told that their figure was even optimistic. I thought the well respected name of Doug Webber as an agent there was a good sign that I'd be looked after. His family name is now tarnished in my books. My property had an offer before it was even advertised and I was advised to take their offer as I won't get another buyer. I even had to show the buyer around the property while the agent did nothing as " I knew the property better than they did". I had bad feelings about it and now realise that I was well and truely screwed over and have lost a huge amount of money. It's sale value was over $200,000 higher than what it was listed at. Once I signed the dotted line, they did not communicate with me and even after the sale I did not even get a thanks for your business phone call. Spend the money for an independent valuation like I should have before you even talk to a real estate agent but I still cannot stress enough, DO NOT list your property with this agent....... Ever

  Property manager was a nice and pleasant person to deal with and truly are of good and honest character, issue is they just could not manage a property any further than collecting rent, and could not deal with tenants that were difficult.

  So far renting with this agency has been above and beyond any of the others I've rented through, any issues I've found that need fixing they've been taken care of quickly and without issue so thanks also to our property managers alyssa and melissa.
