    Very disappointed tonight. I ordered my favourite wrap, but it wasnt the same as how they used to make it. There was only one slice of mushroom. They used to have 2 at the very least. The name of the wrap is magic mushroom so missed it. I showed the waitress n she apologised n said she didnt know what to say. There was no follow up. If there a procedure for staff to follow when a normally satisfied customer says not happy n shows them why, i didnt witness it.

    First time will be the last time. Young lady serving us " would rather be somewhere else" not even a greeting or thankyou. Burger very ordinary- dry bun,lettuce was old, 1/2 mushroom on the "Mushroom Burger" overall not a pleasant experience. Our teenagers had been there a number of times before and also commented on how " it is usually better than this".
