  Went through driveway service on Wednesday night, was told about the Double Angus BBQ Burger.

  Poor management considering they are not able to make any Angus burgers on a Sunday at lunchtime (15min. Wait) and are out of all sauces... this should never happen in a fast food restaurant chain that size. Sadly the team is suffering from this poor performance and the general attitude of the team seams very low.

  This would have to be the worst Hungry Jack's / fastfood shop on Australia. The quality of thier food is terrible and the service is honestly ridiculous. The managers have no control over thier staff and the staff are under trained with no customer service skills at all. I will never have Hungry Jack's in Rockhampton again.

  Thanks to the lovely young lady at the counter today who offered to replace my children's crayons & fries. I quickly took my 4 yr old to the toilet beforehand and a neighbouring table had cleared our food/drinks whilst we were gone but the lady at the counter replaced it all, you're a lifesaver
