  One of the longests ever at south rockhampton kfc and happens everytime we go through there nearly at night it takes the same amount of time these days for fast food as an actually dining in somewhere now

  Dylan was the most useless drive through attendee on the face of the earth. Once I managed to convey my order it did go through correctly and was executed well by those assembling the order however it was an experience I won't forget.

  Very slow service, waited a long time to get my lunch, my chips were warm and had become slightly soggy and no salt because they sat for so long. The popcorn chicken was hot and fresh, but it just took too long. Needs better trained or faster staff

  3 stars because my order came out correctly and no issues. 2 stars because of good old Dylan at drive through. Upon pulling up there's no greeting or hello, simply a 'what's your order' thought the drive through speaker. I asked for the burger with the turbocharged sauce, he said they didn't have it however I thought it I spoke to the guy i could convey what i was after. I drove around to speak to him directly as it's hard talking to a brick wall through that drive through intercom. I asked what burger they had with spicy sauce, the said it was the supercharge something-other. I said that's what I was after and was looked at like an idiot. (Sorry Dylan, but when it comes to food i often get turbocharged and supercharged mixed up).
