Big town ONE Telstra shop stuck in a big shopping complex that parking is a nightmare. So many empty shops that have easy access. Staff that have no idea. So lucky I gave one star.

If only we could rate with a zero star! Such a wait; I feel sorry for these staff. To top it off, walk just 100metres away to Optus to get better service, a cheaper price, and keep your existing number...

Absolutely disgusting service. I'm starting a business and they could only fit me in with an appointment 1 week from today. I'll be changing service providers. P. S. I went to POTUS in the same centre and they were speaking to me within 10 minutes.

Absolutely terrible customer service, poorly managed... wouldn't recommend going to the store but unfortunately have no choice only one Telstra shop in Rockhampton... Highly recommend changing to different provider, then you don't have to deal with the incompetent idiots at the store... I change providers and haven't been happier...

allways dread calling to be put on hold for hours at a time to talk to someone who can barely speak english. and transfered over and over again.
